My experience at Wyndham Garden Dammam was disappointing. The swimming pool was murky and seemed poorly maintained, which was off-putting for a hotel of its stature. Additionally, my room service experience left much to be desired—after multiple requests, I struggled to get enough towels for my family, ultimately receiving only five for four people. It's frustrating that the staff didn't seem proactive or attentive, as I had to repeatedly ask for basic amenities, and the responsiveness was lacking.

The two-bedroom suite I stayed in offered great space for my family. It was clean, with a nice layout that made us feel at home. Breakfast each morning was enjoyable, with decent options — just wish for a bit more variety. The biggest letdown was the swimming pool water. it was murky and not well-maintained. Plus, they didn't provide enough towels for our party. Staff were generally helpful but not as prompt when I had issues with room service. Overall, the suite was a solid stay, but some aspects definitely need attention.

Room was super spacious with a mini fridge, comfy sofa, and flat-screen TV. Loved the accessible bathroom with grab rails and walk-in shower. Fitness center was great, and the outdoor pool was perfect for winding down. The staff were really helpful, and the attached mall made shopping a breeze.

The cheerful staff at reception made me feel very welcome. The size of the Superior Room was unexpectedly spacious, providing ample comfort during my stay. The outdoor pool area was a pleasant surprise, offering a relaxing view of the city. I really appreciated having the city view from my room, which was refreshing and added to my overall experience.
